RM Office Installations is a woman-owned, independent and fully insured office furniture service company founded in 1998. Over the past decade we have developed strong working relationships with many satisfied customers and major furniture dealers in the Western, NY area. We work with top quality furniture manufacturers as: Herman Miller, Steelcase, Allsteel, Haworth, Teknion, Knoll and many others.

All RM’s  furniture installation technicians are highly experienced in the installation procedures for most all major furniture systems..We are determined to work hard to earn our clients loyalty every day. We're here to help you succeed.

About Us

Michael Schaefer

As the founder and co-owner of RM Office Installations,Michael has grown the company from a small two-man partnership to team of over ten installers, two managers and an executive team. 

Nancy Schaefer

As an owner of RM Office Installations, Nancy has helped grow the company over the past twenty years. Schaefer is responsible for the overall financial strategy and direction, as well as human resources. Within finance, she guides the accounting, tax, and internal audit functions to pursue the company’s aggressive growth strategy and meet its clients’ expectations.

Kevin Canaski

For over thirty years, Kevin has managed projects for the top office installation companies in WNY. As the Vice President of Operations, he is responsible for the business development, day-to-day operations and overall direction of the company . Kevin is poised to take RM to the next level.
